Description

• 2-Piece MDF Shaker Frame & Panel Door
  • Option for each Panel Type to be 'Routed' or '2-Piece' (using a Public Variable)
• Tool Set applied to Door Slab for all Panel Types
  • 2pce Panel 45 TS
  • NOTE: The Tool Set provided is set up for 18mm material ONLY
  • When tested, copy the Tool Set for other material thicknesses if desired
• Tool Set applied to Raised Panel
  • 2pce Raised Panel TS
• Tool Set applied to H Slat Panel
  • 2pce H Slat TS
• Tool Set applied to V Slat Panel
  • 2pce V Slat TS
• You are expected to customise the Tool Sets:
  • Substitute tools provided with your own tooling within each Tool Set you intend to send to CNC
  • Requires xMachining and a compatible machine addition on your CABINET VISION license for editing
• 2 UCS included

• MDF Shaker Frame-Panel (created as a Multi Piece Door which allows door sectioning)
• Material Schedules:  [ Routed MDF = NO - UCS hides frame parts and transfers operations to a one-piece slab-frame ]

Compatibility

• Created in CABINET VISION Version 2025.2
  • Not suitable in prior versions as door setup is based on a feature introduced in CV 2025.2
• Requires xMachining and a compatible machine addition to edit Tool Set operations
